This is the 8th Annual conference of TPF, to be held at Biratnagar, (Nepal) in the auspicious presence of Acharya Shree Mahashraman Ji
The registration fee for this event is Rs. 750 only till July 31, 2015, after that the registration fee shall be Rs. 1000.

Q1. I am Coming with non member/s. Do I need to register for them also?
A: Yes, if you want TPF to make arrangements for your companion.
Q2. What are the accommodation charges? A.C./Non-A.C.? Single/Full Family?
A: Charges are mentioned against all room types on Per Pax-Per Night basis. The availability of rooms are strictly on First Come –First Serve on Payment Basis.
Q3. Food for accompanying Non Member?
A: Once registered, all arrangements shall be made by TPF during the Conference Days irrespective of Membership.
Q4. Can Pick and Drop arrangements be done by TPF and if yes, what are the charges for that?
A: TPF can advise you about the Travel Agents who can make arrangements for you. However Dedicated Help Desks shall be arranged by Siliguri Branch (For Bagdogra and NJP Transit Points) and by Bihar Branch (For Jogbani, Katihar, Kisangunj Transit Points)from 20th to 25th August 2015
Q5. If I want to come early (Before the Conference starts)/stay longer (after the conference is over), what are going to be the arrangements for that?

Q6. Is there any refund policy? (in case of online payment/bank deposit)
A: Any cancellation requests received by the Month of July 2015 shall be considered for refund, however there may be a deduction towards transaction cost as advised by service provider.
