Dear chirag,

It all depends on FSI zone in which your property falls. It varies from 3.5 FSI to 8 FSI. If u can give ur CTS no. Village and district with postal address, then I can precisely tell u FSI available for your property.

In DP 2034 what about FSI for Non-Cess Building in Island City Mumbai. Since For Non-Cess Building only FSI is 1:33. Whether any increase in the FSI for Non-Cess building. You can send the reply in This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Whether the revised DP 2034 is taking into consideration for increase in the FSI of Non-Cess Building/Society in the Island City. The present. FSI is 1:33. DP, which published in Feb 2015 was not mentioning any thing about increase in the FSI for Non-Cess Building/Society. Please advice

I am in P South ward nr M.G.Road. all cross roads are just lanes. Two cars cannot cross.What happens when a garbage truck comes when a car is parked is a nightmare.
In my opinon FSI increase is only a benefit to builders. There is no parkings in the buildings redeveloped. they park on road. what is BMC doing about this. Think about all these problems and do not increase FSI. There is not enough water and infrastructure.Many of footpaths are occupied by politicians people. There is no place to walk on the footpaths. Nobody cares for senior Citizens. What will happen to Mumbai Roads, footpaths with FSI 3.5,4 for MAHDA buildings after 10 or 15 years
is to be imagined now, before giving extra FSI please.

Dear Adv. Raj Singhvi,

Besides the normal eligible FSI, it is understood that the Developers/society is also eligible for the additional/ supplementary pro reta FSI in lieu of the Public infrastructure, amenities, etc in the area. Kindly enlighten on the same, how the same is determined & who is eligible is eligible for it, the developer or the society?
