Dear Fellow TPF members,
TPF 10th National Conference, 2017 is being held in the City of Joy, Kolkata. It is the biggest platform for Terapanthi professionals to network, exchange ideas, engage with prominent speakers and learn from our Respected Sadhus and Sadhvis with the blessings of our Acharya Mahashramanji. The conference will start from September 2nd, 2017 morning (9am) and shall end by 4pm on September 3rd, 2017. The AGM shall be held on September 1st evening.
This year we shall strive to make the conference relevant and fruitful for our members by including topics and discussion points based on feedback from members. The idea is to make the conference a world class and engaging experience for everyone. Efforts are underway to invite the best of speakers and present content in an interesting and engrossing fashion.
The most important factor for the success of any conference is the participants i.e. YoU – look forward to a record breaking registration so that we can get more closely bound together with our professional friends and work towards achieving excellence by following the path of spirituality and professionalism.

The registration fee for this event is Rs. 1000 till May 31st, Rs. 1200 till August 15th and Rs. 1500 thereafter.

Please do read the following FAQs before registering for the event
Q1. I am Coming with non member/s. Do I need to register for them also?
A: Yes, if you want TPF to make arrangements for your companion.
Q2. What are the accommodation charges? A.C./Non-A.C.? Single/Full Family?
A: Charges are mentioned against all room types on Per Pax-Per Night basis. The availability of rooms are strictly on First Come First Serve on Payment Basis. Request all needing accommodation to please book well in advance, so that the Accommodation Committee can ensure easy availability of rooms as close to the Chaturmas Sthal as possible.
Q3. Food for accompanying Non Member?
A: Once registered, all arrangements shall be made by TPF during the Conference Days irrespective of Membership.
Q4. Can Pick and Drop arrangements be done by TPF and if yes, what are the charges for that?
A: Conference Logistics Committee can advise you about Travel Agents who can make arrangements for you. Further dedicated Help Desks shall be arranged by Conference Team to assist.
Q5. If I want to come early (Before the Conference starts)/stay longer (after the conference is over), what are going to be the arrangements for that?
A: Kolkata Branch shall assist you in getting the arrangements made through Aavas Vyastha Samiti.
Q6. Is there any refund policy? (in case of online payment/bank deposit)
A: Any cancellation requests received by the Month of July 2017 shall be considered for refund, however there may be a deduction towards transaction cost.
